We reinforce our commitment to affordable housing at SIMED 2025

Lagoom Living had a prominent presence at SIMED 2025, the Mediterranean Real Estate Show, reaffirming its leading position in the management and development of affordable housing in Andalusia.

During the event, our team presented the progress of the developments under way, highlighting the success of public-private collaboration that is making it possible to unlock land and offer quality housing solutions at accessible prices.

SIMED is consolidating itself as the key meeting point for the sector, and at Lagoom Living we took advantage of this setting to discuss the challenges of the future of real estate, sustainability and innovation in construction processes.

Our CEO, Javier Braza, took part in the round table on "New models of access to housing", where he set out the need to continue fostering strategic alliances that guarantee the viability of subsidised housing projects without sacrificing high standards of quality and energy efficiency.
