Lagoom Living receives the Andalucía Inmobiliaria Award for Outstanding Innovative Project 2025 for Distrito Universidad

Our CEO, Javier Braza, received in Seville the Andalucía Inmobiliaria Award for Outstanding Innovative Project 2025 for SUP-T8 Distrito Universidad, a project that reflects our way of understanding housing: affordable, sustainable and of high quality.

Distrito Universidad, financed with Next Generation funds from the European Union and with ICO funding through the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism, will provide Malaga with 530 officially protected homes under an affordable regime, becoming the first affordable housing smart city in Spain.

A very special event that reminds us of the value of work well done and the importance of joining forces between administrations, companies and professionals to move towards a more balanced, innovative and responsible sector.

A housing model with positive impact

Distrito Universidad integrates sustainability, industrialisation and social commitment to respond to the challenge of access to housing. Its design prioritises energy efficiency, quality of life and community building, with a replicable model that sets a new standard in the promotion of affordable housing in Spain.

This recognition highlights a way of working based on public-private collaboration and on the purpose of generating a positive impact in cities.

Thanks to Andalucía Inmobiliaria, to the Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Andalusia (CEA) and to the jury for recognising a project born with a transformative vocation.

About the Andalucía Inmobiliaria Awards

The Andalucía Inmobiliaria Awards recognise individuals, companies, institutions or projects that have stood out over the past year or throughout their career for their contribution to the development and dynamism of the real estate sector.

The jury is made up of a multidisciplinary panel of architects, engineers, economists, lawyers, consultants and academics, leading experts in the sector.

The awards ceremony took place at the headquarters of the Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Andalusia (CEA), during the 26th anniversary of the magazine Andalucía Inmobiliaria, in an event that brought together authorities and prominent representatives of the national real estate sector.
