ESG

We build homes. We transform cities. We create impact.

At Lagoom Living we see ESG as the natural consequence of our business model.

Our activity consists of developing affordable rental housing S through a public-private collaboration model G that generates social impact, drives urban regeneration, contributes to urban development and is committed to ever more sustainable and efficient buildings E.

Three commitments that define the way we build

Environment

We build with the next generations in mind

Sustainability is part of every decision we make. We design efficient buildings and incorporate innovative solutions and technologies that reduce resource consumption and improve comfort.

People

Making housing accessible is our greatest commitment

We develop affordable rental housing to expand the residential supply and improve people’s lives. Our projects include green areas, community spaces and facilities.

Governance

We manage responsibly to create long-term value

We develop every project with criteria of transparency, regulatory compliance and public-private collaboration, guaranteeing responsible, long-term-oriented management.

How we build

Our developments include

  • Energy rating A
  • BREEAM certification
  • Photovoltaic energy
  • Aerothermal heating
  • Charging stations
  • Industrialised construction

CSR in action

Committed to our community

At Lagoom Living we understand Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a cross-cutting commitment built into the way we develop housing and relate to our surroundings.

Through our CSR initiatives, we promote actions aimed at people’s well-being, collaboration with organisations and the creation of a positive impact that goes beyond our residential developments.

Training and talent

REBS Real Estate Business School

At Lagoom Living we support the development and professionalisation of the real estate sector through our collaboration with Real Estate Business School (REBS), promoting quality training, talent and continuous learning as key elements in moving towards a better prepared, more competitive and more sustainable sector.

During the last academic year, Javier Braza also served as sponsor of the graduating class, strengthening our commitment to new generations of professionals and highlighting the importance of bringing qualified talent into companies and continuing to promote training connected to the real needs of the sector.

Commitment to the neighbourhood

Lagunillas Food Bank

At Lagoom Living we understand that our commitment to the places where we develop our projects must go beyond housing. That is why we are further strengthening our collaboration with the Fundación Banco de Alimentos de Lagunillas, supporting its work caring for people and families in vulnerable situations.

This collaboration takes on special meaning because of our ties to Lagunillas, where we will soon develop 101 affordable rental homes. A project that allows us to contribute to the future of the neighbourhood from two perspectives: making housing accessible and supporting social initiatives that have a positive impact on the area.

Through this alliance, we reinforce our commitment to a way of developing housing that is committed to people and connected to the needs of each territory.

People’s well-being

Fundación Olivares

In line with our commitment to contributing to people’s well-being, we continue to strengthen our collaboration with Fundación Olivares, which for more than a decade has supported children and families facing complex illnesses.

Through this collaboration, we take part in awareness, volunteering and social support initiatives that help give visibility to its work and make daily life easier for many families.

Taking an active part in its activities has also strengthened our bonds as a team, bringing us face to face with a reality that deserves involvement and commitment. That is why, once again this year, we took part in its 4th Charity Run, a day that reminds us of the value of joining forces and supporting causes that have a real impact on people.

Our impact goes beyond the building

01

People: we make affordable rental housing accessible.

02

Cities: we regenerate neighbourhoods and contribute to urban development.

03

Future: we reduce environmental impact through more efficient buildings.
