We took part as exhibitors at MIPIM 2026 to promote the affordable housing model internationally

Once again, we attended MIPIM 2026, one of the main international real estate events, held annually in Cannes (France).

In this edition we took part as exhibitors within the Spanish Pavilion, a space that brings together companies, institutions and professionals from the sector to boost the international projection of the Spanish real estate market and foster new investment and collaboration opportunities.

In this context, we were part of a meeting that brought together investors, developers and sector professionals to exchange ideas and analyse opportunities around new affordable rental housing models, especially through public-private collaboration formulas.

During the session, Javier Braza presented the company's vision and approach to helping meet the growing demand for housing in cities with strong demographic momentum. In this context, he highlighted the development of projects in Malaga focused on affordable rent and, especially, the strategic agreement reached with IKEA for the development of the Distrito Universidad project.

This project comprises the creation of 530 homes for affordable rent in Malaga and represents a pioneering initiative in Spain, combining our experience in housing development and management with IKEA's commitment to promoting more accessible and sustainable housing solutions. The collaboration between the two companies seeks to help expand the supply of affordable housing in the city, also incorporating criteria of sustainability, energy efficiency and new residential management models.

Our participation in MIPIM 2026 reinforces our positioning at international level and our commitment to developing innovative solutions that help facilitate access to housing in Spain.
