Our CEO, Javier Braza Delgado, presented the company's innovative model during a Masterclass for students of the REBS (Real Estate Business School) Real Estate Master's at the College of Architects of Malaga.
In his talk, he highlighted how public-private collaboration is positioned as an essential tool for generating sustainable, quality housing solutions, especially in cities like Malaga, where the lack of affordable housing is an urgent challenge. Javier Braza emphasised the importance of combining private capital with a strong social commitment to address the housing crisis in Spain.
He also analysed, together with the students, the measures recently proposed by the political parties in relation to the country's housing problem. One of the key pillars of the Lagoom Living model, he noted, is its comprehensive management and development approach, which makes it possible to generate a real impact on the creation of affordable, quality housing.
He also recalled that Lagoom Living is currently developing 1,114 homes in Malaga, with the aim of expanding this model to other Spanish cities, offering housing solutions to a greater number of people. Beforehand, the director of the Municipal Housing Institute of the Malaga City Council, José María Cerezo, highlighted the case of Lagoom Living as an example of success in implementing collaborative models between the public and private sectors.
