Lagoom Living reinforces its national positioning at SIMA 2026

Lagoom Living's CEO, Javier Braza Delgado, took part in SIMA - Living Conference & Expo 2026, one of the main meeting points for the real estate and living sector at national level, held in Madrid.

The search for solutions capable of responding to the current housing emergency was the focus of the panel discussion in which he took part alongside the CEO of Ktesios SOCIMI, Henry Gallego, and the residential managing director of DeA Capital Real Estate, José Manuel Lorite. The session was moderated by the director of Institutions and Key Accounts at ST Sociedad de Tasación, Consuelo Villanueva.

During the session, some of the main challenges currently facing access to housing were analysed, such as the mismatch between development costs and citizens' ability to access housing, the need to promote new financing and co-investment models, as well as the strategic role of collaboration between public administrations, investors and operators to develop affordable rental housing projects with real impact.

The need to generate certainty and confidence to drive the development of new projects was one of the main conclusions shared by the participants.

In addition, as part of SIMA 2026, Javier Braza spoke to various specialised media and leading figures in the real estate and economic fields, including idealista, Capital Radio, Por Metro Cuadrado, Radio Intereconomía, RTVE, Observatorio Inmobiliario and Radio Inter, thereby reinforcing Lagoom Living's national presence and positioning.
