Javier Braza spoke on the panel titled "Real estate as social infrastructure, not just as an asset", sharing the stage with prominent sector professionals such as Francisco Pérez, CEO of Culmia; Roberto Campos, general manager of Avintia Inmobiliaria; and Francisco Pumar, general manager of Grupo Insur.
During the meeting, fundamental issues relating to the role of the real estate sector in social and urban development were addressed, focusing on the need to promote more sustainable, accessible models aligned with the new demands of society.
The event once again highlighted the importance of collaboration between companies, institutions and investors to address the sector's current challenges and to continue moving towards a real estate model with greater social impact and transformative capacity.
