Our CEO analyses the future of the real estate sector at FAEC

Lagoom Living's CEO, Javier Braza, took part in the 10th edition of the Annual Real Estate Conference organised by the Federation of Construction Business Associations of Cadiz (FAEC), one of the benchmark events for the real estate and construction sector.

During the conference, Javier shared the discussion panel with leading sector figures such as Francisco Pérez Medina, CEO of Culmia; Diego Bestard, CEO of Urbanitae; and Borja García-Egotxeaga, CEO of Neinor Homes. The debate addressed some of the main challenges and opportunities that will shape the future of the real estate sector, in a context of constant transformation and change.

Among the topics discussed, the focus was on the need to promote new development models, the importance of collaboration between the sector's different stakeholders and the key role of investment and the ability to adapt to the market's current challenges.

The conference once again established itself as an essential space for the exchange of ideas, strategic analysis and reflection on the present and future of the real estate sector in Spain.
