The Lagoom Living team toured the construction site of the 530 homes we are developing in the University District, the first smart city for rental public housing in Spain.
Thanks to the industrialization of construction processes, we are making rapid progress, exceeding the initial deadlines. In the final months of the year, the foundations will have taken shape, allowing us to continue with precision and efficiency until completion in early 2026.
But the most valuable aspect of this technical follow-up session was sharing ideas, gaining perspectives, and strengthening the commitment that drives us as a team.
