Access to our homes requires compliance with a series of requirements:
Have Spanish nationality, or legal residence in Spain.
Comply with established income limits: maximum income per unit of coexistence may not exceed 5.5 times the IPREM.
Consult the IPREM limits table. →Do not allocate more than 30% of the annual net income of the cohabitation unit to the payment of the total annual income.

Natural persons of legal age, who have full civil powers and do not have any limitation on civil capacity.
Be registered in the municipality of Málaga with a seniority minimum of one year.
Min. 1 year in MalagaUse the home as the habitual and permanent residence of the applicant family unit and be occupied within the legally established deadlines.
Have submitted the application for housing applicant protected in the Registry Municipal Protected Housing of the Malaga City Council.
That none of the members of the family unit be the owner of full ownership or of a real right of use or lifelong enjoyment of another home throughout the national territory in protected or free housing.
The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 calendar days to be computed from the day indicated in the announcement of the call.
The submission of applications will be carried out through electronic registration through the form enabled on the website.
The assignment of homes will be carried out following the chronological order of registration by date entry (from oldest to newest) and provided that the entry requirements are met. access.
At the time of assignment, following the established priority order, we will contact contact you to detail the characteristics of the home offered and request the documentation necessary for the accreditation of requirements, which you must provide within a period maximum of 7 calendar days from the request.
After the documentary validation of the requirements and the acceptance of the home, the preparation and formalization of the rental contract. This will be formalized, through the subscription of the corresponding lease contract, within a maximum period of one month from the complete accreditation of compliance with requirements, as long as the homes are already habitable.
Once the contract is signed, we will contact you to schedule the delivery date of keys.
