Residential complex of 202 homes intended for affordable rental under a VPO regime. The Homes consist of 1 or 2 bedrooms, with a swimming pool, 311 parking spaces and 202 storage rooms.
These homes are covered by the rental housing construction aid program, with the support of the Next Generation EU Funds of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience of Spain.
It is made up of 6 independent multi-family blocks, with a ground floor typology plus five heights above ground, and two floors below ground for parking and storage rooms.
This project marks the beginning of what will be the first Spanish VPO smart city, located in the University District, a benchmark of innovation and commitment to urban transformation.
