Residential complex of 175 homes intended for affordable rental under a VPO regime. The Homes consist of 2 or 3 bedrooms, with a swimming pool, 264 parking spaces and 175 storage rooms.
These homes are covered by the rental housing construction aid program, with the support of the Next Generation EU Funds of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience of Spain.
It is a multi-family building with a single block, with five or six floors above ground. depending on the street through which it is accessed, and two floors below ground level for parking and storage rooms.
This project marks the beginning of what will be the first Spanish VPO smart city, located in the University District, a benchmark of innovation and commitment to urban transformation.
