This promotion consists of 530 protected homes with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, covered by the aid program for the construction of rental housing, with the support of the Funds Next Generation EU of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan of Spain. The homes are developed in energy efficient buildings, aligned with standards more advanced in sustainability.
This project marks the beginning of what will be the first Spanish VPO smart city, located in the University District, a benchmark of innovation and commitment to urban transformation.
