Located next to the University Campus, this project includes 137 homes for the affordable rent, distributed between plots R-11 and R-12. Fourteen of these homes will be transferred to the Malaga City Council as part of a collaboration agreement public-private.
The homes will meet the highest sustainability standards, including certification BREEAM. The start of works is scheduled for February 2026.
