En la entrevista, se discuti\u00f3 el futuro del mercado del alquiler en un pa\u00eds con un arraigado sentido de la propiedad, as\u00ed como la importancia de pol\u00edticas y gestiones por parte de la Administraci\u00f3n para abordar la problem\u00e1tica del alquiler asequible.<\/h4><p>Desde su desembarco en M\u00e1laga en junio de 2022, Lagoom Living REIM ha comprometido una inversi\u00f3n significativa para la adquisici\u00f3n de suelo, edificaci\u00f3n y puesta en explotaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 1.000 viviendas de calidad destinadas al alquiler asequible, con una inversi\u00f3n inicial de 170 millones de euros. El enfoque en ofrecer viviendas a precios asequibles ha sido fundamental en un mercado donde la escasez de oferta ha mantenido los precios de alquiler en niveles elevados. En palabras de Braza, \u201cno se producen suficientes y el mercado del alquiler est\u00e1 tensionado por la falta de oferta\u201d. A pesar de las incertidumbres actuales del mercado, Lagoom Living REIM ha cumplido anticipadamente con su fase inicial de desarrollo y ha anunciado una ampliaci\u00f3n de su plan de negocio en M\u00e1laga para el periodo 2024-2026, con una inversi\u00f3n adicional de 400 millones de euros para la edificaci\u00f3n y puesta en marcha de una cartera de 3.000 viviendas.<\/p><p>En este contexto, Lagoom Living REIM se posiciona como una gestora comprometida con la transformaci\u00f3n social, abordando cada proyecto desde la sostenibilidad, la tecnolog\u00eda y la comunidad, y priorizando el modelo de gesti\u00f3n IPP de colaboraci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada. Su enfoque se centra en la creaci\u00f3n de comunidades sostenibles y habitables, ofreciendo viviendas de calidad en alquiler a precios asequibles, con calificaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica A y certificaci\u00f3n BREEAM. Braza se\u00f1al\u00f3 la importancia de considerar que, a pesar de que la vivienda es un pilar del estado de bienestar, nunca ha tenido la dotaci\u00f3n presupuestaria que han tenido otras necesidades sociales como la educaci\u00f3n, la sanidad o el empleo. Asimismo, resalt\u00f3 la necesidad de pol\u00edticas que incrementen el parque final de viviendas protegidas, ya que las actuales no han dado los resultados esperados.<\/p><p>De cara a 2024, los planes de expansi\u00f3n se enfocan en M\u00e1laga e impulsaremos la actividad en la Comunidad de Madrid y Valencia, y se considera a Sevilla, Granada y C\u00f3rdoba como focos de evoluci\u00f3n,
