elementor - v3.18.0 - 20-12-2023 *\/\n.elementor-widget-text-editor.elementor-drop-cap-view-stacked .elementor-drop-cap{background-color:#69727d;color:#fff}.elementor-widget-text-editor.elementor-drop-cap-view-framed .elementor-drop-cap{color:#69727d;border:3px solid;background-color:transparent}.elementor-widget-text-editor:not(.elementor-drop-cap-view-default) .elementor-drop-cap{margin-top:8px}.elementor-widget-text-editor:not(.elementor-drop-cap-view-default) .elementor-drop-cap-letter{width:1em;height:1em}.elementor-widget-text-editor .elementor-drop-cap{float:left;text-align:center;line-height:1;font-size:50px}.elementor-widget-text-editor .elementor-drop-cap-letter{display:inline-block}<\/style>\t\t\t\t<p>The Andalusian Government delegate Patricia Navarro, together with the mayor of Malaga, Francisco de la Torre, reported this Monday at a press conference that this first project has been awarded to the company Lagoom Living, which will build 84 one- and two-bedroom homes in general regime (formerly known as VPO) and under the rental modality.<\/p><p>Also participating in the press conference were the president of the Lagoom Living company, Philip Gil, the territorial delegate for Development, Articulation of the Territory and Housing, Carmen Casero, the provincial director of the Andalusia Housing and Rehabilitation Agency (AVRA), Juan Jes\u00fas Bernal, and the mayor of Housing, Francisco Pomares.<\/p><p>The awarding of this first plot of land for the construction of techno-houses &#8220;represents a very important day for Malaga, because what for many years has been a pipe dream due to previous socialist governments, today is already an almost tangible reality&#8221;, has valued Patricia Navarro .<\/p><p>In this sense, he recalled that &#8220;the agreement signed between the Junta and the City Council 18 years ago to promote subsidized housing on expropriated lots in the Historic Center of Malaga was a failed project, and not because it was a bad idea, but because previous governments of The Junta did not know or did not want to move it forward and also tied the City Council hand and foot&#8221;.<\/p><p>&#8220;The impetus for this project -he added- ceased in 2010 and it was not until 2019, with the arrival of Juanma Moreno to the Andalusian Government, when negotiations were resumed to make it possible again and manage each administration their part, but advancing together&#8221;.<\/p><p>Regarding the general situation of the techno-houses, he has detailed that in the settlement agreement of the previous agreement, signed in 2019, a set of 93 plots were established, of which 77 remained under the ownership of AVRA, which already has registered ownership of those assets, while the City Council kept the remaining 16 lots.<\/p><p>AVRA intends to put the rest of the plots pending adjudication on the market in the next Public Offer of Sale.<\/p><p>With this new step, it will be possible to promote the construction of 131 more homes, together with the 32 that AVRA is going to promote directly and that are in the phase of modification of projects prior to the granting of a building permit in Corral\u00f3n Rosal Blanco, Dos Sidewalks, Ana Bernal and Lagunillas, will add 163 homes.<\/p><p>&#8220;In order to get here, institutional collaboration has been essential &#8211; the delegate pointed out &#8211; and we are already seeing the first results: just four years after the liquidation, the first 84 subsidized homes are already underway for the next construction and with a building permit in Lagunillas, under the concept of techno-houses&#8221;.<\/p><p>In addition to the techno-houses, the Board&#8217;s action in the center of M\u00e1laga in the promotion of affordable housing will allow the incorporation of 50 units in Calle Cerrojo, under the exchange model, and another 31 houses in Plaza San Pablo (12 self-developed and 19 of public-private collaboration). In total, 244 new homes that, added to the 84 announced today, add up to 328.<\/p><p>Similarly, two of the AVRA farms in Rosal Blanco will be dedicated to the expansion of the Jorge Rando Museum, in line with the destination of the Town Hall plots that will go to equipment.<\/p><p>In this sense, the mayor of Malaga, Francisco de la Torre, explained that the City Council, for its part, will allocate three million euros to obtain ownership, through expropriation proceedings, of a set of plots to value the ovens medieval buildings next to the Glass Museum and the promotion of new facilities such as the C\u00e1novas del Castillo house, as well as the creation of new free spaces and roads.<\/p><p>PROMOTION AND ACCESS TO HOUSING<\/p><p>Patricia Navarro has stressed that &#8220;this Andalusian Government has done more in four years for the promotion and access to housing in Malaga than others in all its mandates&#8221;, ensuring that &#8220;in Malaga what is really needed are more homes and fewer siren songs&#8221;.<\/p><p>She has valued that the Andalusian Government &#8220;has unblocked a paralyzed agreement, has activated land that was forgotten and has put all the available assets to be able to convert them into affordable housing, which is so demanded by the public.&#8221;<\/p><p>He explained that Malaga is the province in which the Board promotes the most homes, specifically, more than 2,000: a thousand through AVRA and another 1,169 homes &#8211;mostly for young people&#8211; through the different development programs and aid managed by the Territorial Delegation for Development, Articulation of the Territory and Housing.<\/p><p>Through the Housing Stock Promotion Program, 16.4 million euros have been allocated in subsidies to public and private developers to develop 11 promotions (639 homes) for rent at an affordable price in the province: five in M\u00e1laga capital (476 homes ), two in Almargen (14 homes<\/p><p>) and the rest distributed between Co\u00edn (110 homes), Marbella (18), Nerja (eleven) and Teba (ten).<\/p><p>Also, last year the construction of 476 homes for the urban development of the University sector began and a collaboration agreement was also signed for the granting of another 26 million euros from the Ecovivienda Plan, to undertake the second phase with 530 new homes in that sector. These aids are allocated to town halls for the construction of affordable, energy-efficient rental homes on publicly owned land.<\/p><p>In addition, the Board has granted 26 million euros in direct housing aid in Malaga in recent years, from which 7,448 families have benefited, while rental aid has risen to 19.2 million, with 6,017 beneficiaries. .<\/p><p>For its part, the AVRA has actions underway in the province for the development of a thousand homes through direct investment and the supply and development of land in public-private collaboration, both in the capital and in Rinc\u00f3n de la Victoria, Cartama and Ronda.<\/p><p>In addition, through AVRA, almost seven million euros have been granted in the province in aid for the rehabilitation and energy improvement and accessibility of homes, with 1,531 families benefiting.<\/p><p>LAGOOM LIVING INVESTS 21 MILLION<\/p><p>For his part, the president of Lagoom Living, Philip Gil, explained that his company foresees an investment of 21 million euros for the construction of these homes, which will have a 50% reduction in the rental price during the first two years. , also using the possibility that the regulations allow, that they be determined based on the semi-furnished housing model, which will facilitate the possibility of accessing them more immediately and without the need for large extra investments.<\/p><p>The project advanced by Lagoom Living includes the provision of common equipment, under an idea that allows the combination of housing and spaces for the development of work and other benefits, Coworking area, gym, laundry, playroom, playground and garden areas for use common.
