This development consists of 530 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom subsidised housing units, under the programme of aid for the construction of rental housing, with the backing of the Next Generation EU Funds of the Spanish Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. The homes are developed in energy efficient buildings, aligned with the most advanced standards in sustainability.

This project marks the beginning of what will be Spain’s first smart city for subsidised housing, located in the Distrito Universidad, a benchmark for innovation and commitment to urban transformation.
