Our CEO, Javier Braza, participated as a speaker at the real estate business meeting organized by the ACP Málaga to commemorate its 50th anniversary, held at Castillo de Gibralfaro.
He participated in the “Real Estate Experts” panel, where he shared his views on the current challenges facing the sector, the need to strengthen public-private collaboration, and the promotion of more sustainable development models focused on real access to housing.
He highlighted the following:
- “It is key to professionalize the relationship between capital, development, and administration from the outset of the analysis of future specifications: this is the foundation for their success.”
- “Affordable housing cannot remain a matter of debate: we must continue to build it.”
