Lagoom Living continues to consolidate its role as a leading affordable housing developer in Málaga. At a recent meeting held at the City Hall, Mayor Francisco de la Torre Prados received Lagoom Living’s CEO and partner-founder Javier Braza Delgado and partner-founder Filip Gil, who presented the progress of the affordable housing projects they are carrying out in the city.
During the meeting, Lagoom Living detailed the affordable housing model it is promoting in the city, highlighting its achievements to date. The developer is currently working on the construction of more than 1,000 high quality affordable rental homes, reaffirming its commitment to creating housing solutions that support urban and social development in the region.
In addition, next steps and future investment planning were discussed to further advance the creation of affordable housing. Through public-private collaboration, Lagoom Living has established itself as one of the main drivers of affordable housing in Andalusia, always seeking to offer a housing model that is both sustainable and accessible to all.
On behalf of Malaga City Council, the councillors for Housing and Urban Planning, Francisco Javier Pomares Fuertes and Carmen Casero Navarro, respectively, and the manager of the Municipal Housing Institute, José María López Cerezo, attended. At this meeting, the main challenges facing the housing sector in the city were discussed, as well as the best housing solutions to meet the needs of the citizens of Malaga.
