Sogeviso (Banco Sabadell) will manage the rentals of Lagoom Living’s ‘smart city’ affordable housing project in Malaga.
Banco Sabadell’s rental housing management company will carry out the sales and administration of the assets, which will begin to be delivered at the end of 2026.
