The Junta de Andalucía has given the green light to the first promotion of the Tecnocasas project in the Lagunillas area in the center of Malaga, with the designation of the first of the 77 plots it has this central neighborhood of the city, unlocking a project that was conceived 18 years ago and that remained asslep until 2019
